Terms of Use for the REGRA Pilot website

These terms govern your use of the website regrapilot.com. By browsing it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Two different documents, and this is the smaller one. These terms cover only this website — reading it, sharing it, and the cookies it may set. The agreement that governs the product — what REGRA Pilot does, what it deliberately does not do, what it costs, who owns your data and how either side ends it — is the REGRA Pilot Terms of Use and Service Agreement, also available in Portuguese and in Spanish. If you are about to use the product rather than just read about it, that is the one to read.

What this website is

This is an informational website about REGRA Pilot, a product of REGRA Digital Business (REGRA Negócios Digitais in Brazil). It describes what we are building and how to talk to us.

Nothing on this website is the product itself, and nothing here creates a contract. Access to the REGRA Pilot platform is granted only under a separate written agreement signed with us.

What is described here is not a promise of what exists today

We describe features and integrations we are building. Some are live, some are planned. We say which is which when you ask, and we will tell you before you commit to anything. Descriptions on this site may change as the product develops, and they do not create any obligation on our part to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.

Using the site

You may read this site, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not:

copy the site's design, text or code to present as your own;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it;
use automated means to overload it or extract its content at scale;
use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others.

The REGRA name and logo, the REGRA Pilot name, and the text, design and code of this site belong to REGRA Digital Business. Third-party names mentioned on this site — such as Instagram, Google Calendar, Square, Zenoti and Zapier — belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Links to other places

This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms apply once you leave.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide it without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGRA Digital Business is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, where applicable, consumer rights that you cannot waive.
